Fixed scope, fixed price, a date in writing.

Every package below is priced from an hour estimate at €50/h, and every listing says what it excludes as plainly as what it includes. Nothing is charged on this site: you send an order, I read it myself, and you get a written quotation back. No card, no deposit, no negotiating before you know the number.

The cheap way to find out.

Small enough to say yes to without a meeting. Both sprints are credited against a build if you go ahead, so the cheapest way in is also the way to find out whether I'm any good.

01

Spec Sprint

A written, fixed-scope plan for your build

A call, then a short written spec: what gets built, what doesn't, the hours, the fixed price and a delivery date — clear enough to take to a different developer for a second quote. Commission a package within 30 days and the €300 comes off in full.

02

Prototype Sprint

A running demo of your idea's hardest screen

Your riskiest screen or flow, built for real and deployed to a link you can send to a partner or a bank — not a mockup. Pick the part that decides whether the whole thing works, and find out for €600 instead of €6,000. Half comes off a build you commission within 30 days.

Hour block

Prepaid hours for work that isn't on this page

For whatever isn't a package: a stuck bug, a review of someone else's code, an undocumented integration, a broken build pipeline. Hours are logged and reported against the block, expire after six months, and roll into a package price if the job grows into one.

03Mobile apps

Flutter, so one codebase reaches both stores. Offline-first, because a phone in a car park has no signal and the app still has to work.

06After it ships

Someone has to keep it alive.

Software that nobody maintains stops working — not dramatically, just gradually, until one day a dependency breaks and nobody knows how to deploy it. A care plan is monthly and cancellable; unused hours roll forward one month.

Keep it running

€95/month

The floor. Nothing breaks quietly and nothing goes unpatched.

07Where the price comes from

No round numbers plucked from air.

  1. Hours, itemised. Each feature gets an hour estimate, plus setup, a design pass, QA at 12%, and handover. Then 15% for risk on a stack I know, 30% on one I don't.
  2. Price is arithmetic.Hours × €50. That's it. If I've estimated badly, that's mine to absorb — which is exactly why the estimate gets done properly.
  3. Timelines assume 20 hours a week. Not 40. That's real capacity alongside contract work, and one mid-size build runs at a time — which is why there's a next-slot date on this page instead of a promise you're first in the queue.
  4. Big tiers ship in stages.Nothing here runs longer than 5 weeks, but a large tier is still often better bought as the smaller one now and the rest as a change order. You get something live and useful while the rest is still being built.
