2. I reply within 2 working days.Either a quotation, or an honest note that your job isn't the package you picked — sometimes it's a cheaper one.
3. We agree the scope in writing.40% deposit, 40% at the agreed midpoint, 20% on handover. Work starts when the deposit clears.
